Satisfyingly squishy, albeit a bit gross with its popping pimples, when squeezed, fake white puss comes through the open zits to appear like a real pimple would. Measures 3 inches in diameter. Made with nontoxic materials that are durable enough for hours of gripping and squeezing. A small white mesh net attached to a peggable card holds one Zit Headz ball.
