The Water Horse We'll release a movie-tie in Yearling edition of Dick King-Smith's the Water Horse to coordinate with the major motion picture release of the Water Horse from Beacon Pictures, Revolution Studios, and Walden Media. Please note that the title might change for the movie; we'll adjust the title of the book accordingly. The movie studio expects it to become a famiy classic, much in the way Babe became. It was shot in New Zealand and Scotland and the same team who did the special effects on Peter Jackson's King Kong and Lord of the Rings films--Weta Digital and Weta Workshop--will be creating the effects for The Water Horse.
