Iris’ life changed without warning a year ago, and when her boyfriend Eli suggests a weeklong getaway with his closeknit group of friends, she jumps at the chance to get out of the city, even though Eli can’t be there due to a family emergency. But when they head to a remote house on a lake in the Catskills, things take a dark turn fast. Iris, already battling insomnia and PTSD from witnessing her mom’s suicide, arrives a night ahead of everyone else and witnesses a man burying something—or someone —behind the cabin.   The next day, none of Eli’s friends believe her wild story, and without him around to take her side, her experience is quickly written off as a benzo-induced hallucination. The spot she takes them to in the back of the house looks immaculate, definitely not like someone rushed a body in the ground in the dark the night before. But Iris can’t shake what she saw. When her curiosity gets the better of her and she dig
